\n\t\ud83c\udde9\ud83c\uddea Vor 2 Jahren durfte Maya Becker als Youngstar an einem F\u00e4hrtenseminar teilnehmen.
\u201eDas komplette F\u00e4hrten wurde neu gedacht, hinterfragt und aufgebaut \u2013 es hat einfach Klick gemacht\u201c, sagte Maya.
Dieses Wochenende war sie wieder dabei und hat erneut gesp\u00fcrt, wie entscheidend die F\u00f6rderung der Jugend in unserem Sport ist \u2013 und wie wichtig die richtigen Rahmenbedingungen daf\u00fcr sind.
Denn genau dort liegt die Zukunft:
bei jungen Teams mit Motivation, Leidenschaft und Lernbereitschaft. \ud83d\udc15
Moderne Ausbildungsmethoden direkt weiterzugeben hei\u00dft, die Jugend aktiv zu f\u00f6rdern und langfristig zu begeistern.
Umso wertvoller sind Seminare, die bewusst einen kostenlosen Jugendplatz vergeben \u2013 und damit Chancen schaffen, die sonst vielleicht nicht m\u00f6glich w\u00e4ren.
Lasst uns Verantwortung \u00fcbernehmen:
Wissen teilen, M\u00f6glichkeiten schaffen und junge Menschen begleiten.

\ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8 Two years ago, Maya Becker had the opportunity to take part in a tracking seminar as a young talent.

\u201cThe entire tracking process was rethought, questioned, and rebuilt \u2013 it just clicked,\u201d Maya said.

This weekend, she participated again and once more felt how crucial it is to support young people in our sport \u2013 and how important the right conditions are for that.

Because this is exactly where the future lies:
with young teams full of motivation, passion, and a willingness to learn. \ud83d\udc15

Passing on modern training methods directly means actively supporting the youth and inspiring them in the long term.

All the more valuable are seminars that deliberately offer a free spot for young participants \u2013 creating opportunities that might otherwise not be possible.

Let\u2019s take responsibility:
