Most of the program items were moved to a day room.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Our Gebrauchshund HEUTE, will take place again in 2026, and the response has been overwhelming. With participants from Germany and abroad, as well as from nearly all working dog breed associations, the meeting will once again foster exchange between service and sport, practice and science.<\/span><\/p><\/section>

The focus is on environmental safety and scent work, accompanied by experts such as Prof. Julia Metzer and Dr. Esther Schalke. Jens Frank combines theory and practical demonstrations of scent and detection dog work \u2013 with insights that are equally valuable for law enforcement agencies and athletes. Furthermore, insights into detection dog training by Hans Ebbers and the Bleckede Customs Dog School make the event particularly practical.<\/p>

With 120 registered participants, the event is fully booked; an online stream is being prepared for everyone else. Together, we are shaping the working dog of tomorrow.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

IGP Youngstars 2025: Erfolgreiches Camp bringt junge Hundesportler zusammen<\/div>

Das diesj\u00e4hrige IGP Youngstars Camp<\/b> im Juli 2025 war wieder ein voller Erfolg. \u00dcber 20 verschiedene Hunderassen sowie Mischlinge waren vertreten, ein bunter Mix talentierter Vierbeiner, die gemeinsam mit rund 500 begeisterten Besuchern das Event zu einem echten Highlight machten. Mehr als 30 erfahrene Ausbilder sorgten f\u00fcr erstklassige Trainingsbedingungen und wertvolle Impulse f\u00fcr den sportlichen Nachwuchs im Gebrauchshundesport.<\/p>

Parallel zum Camp fand auch das Helper-Camp<\/b> statt, das besonders den Nachwuchshelfern die M\u00f6glichkeit bot, ihre F\u00e4higkeiten zu vertiefen und sich weiterzuentwickeln.<\/p>

Ab September 2025 wird im Rahmen des Projekts \u201eDer Gebrauchshund als Schulhund\u201c ein spezielles Projektseminar f\u00fcr Oberstufensch\u00fclerinnen und -sch\u00fcler an einem bayerischen Gymnasium angeboten. Fortschritte im Sponsoringkonzept<\/div>

Wir arbeiten derzeit an einem umfassenden Sponsoringkonzept, das Crowdfunding, einen Spreadshirt-Merchandising-Shop sowie ein gezieltes Sponsoringprogramm f\u00fcr Unternehmen umfasst. Die gewonnenen Mittel sollen unter anderem in PR-Ma\u00dfnahmen und die F\u00f6rderung der Jugend flie\u00dfen.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

  1. Ambassador Georg Sticha<\/strong> is now working in an advisory role in Austria.<\/li><\/ol>
    1. At the FCI FH World Cup, extensive film footage was made by NDR, while Ambassador Christa Bremer<\/strong> was present and accompanied her. She is in contact with St\u00fcwes regarding possible filming at the DMC Championships.<\/li><\/ol>
      1. We are observing changes in communication in the area of \u200b\u200bworking dog sports in Germany. Roswitha Dannenberg, Daniele Strazzeri, Horst-Dieter Tr\u00e4ger<\/strong> and many others have done an excellent job reporting extensively on the topic in SV. Reports in the ADRK and RZV will follow next month.<\/li><\/ol>
        1. The working group led by the ambassador and veterinarian Simon Bach<\/strong> initiated initial discussions with potential doctoral students. There is great interest in collaboration between scientists and breed associations.<\/li><\/ol>
