Together with Dr. Esther Schalke, commander of the Bundeswehr’s working dog school, we developed a set of criteria outlining which characteristics a modern working dog should possess and how these can be reliably verified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The accompanying video has already been shared over 400 times. One year later, we are approaching our next milestone: our next meeting will take place in the context of official aptitude tests. Our working group has spent a year examining how these tests can evaluate the needs of the deploying teams, and there are exciting developments to look forward to!
